• For Individual A/C, Two copies of recent colored passport size photograph of account holder with name and signature attested by introducer in the back side.
• For Joint Account two passport size recent colored photograph for each of the Joint Account holders with name and signature on the back side of the photograph.
• Photocopy of valid Passport & Visa
• Bank Certificate of FCD Account. A Local Currency Account also has to be opened by the Account Holder.
• Work permit or Salary Statement
• In case of Businessman the account holder will submit Trade License or Certificate of Incorporation and visiting Card the documents of business operation.
• For Power of Attorney Holder, A passport size recent colored photograph with name and signature on the back of the same.
• For Nominees a passport size photographs with name and signature on the back of the photograph and a copy of the NID with clients signature.
