• Photocopy of Memorandum of Association attested by the company
• Photocopy of Articles of Association attested by the company.
• Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation attested by the company authority.
• An Original copy of Board Resolution of the company (guideline has to be mentioned in the resolution for opening BO Account, authorized person to operate the account )
• Two copies of recent colored photographs for each of the BO Account operators with name and signature on the back of the same.
